Another fine result from the excellent Bendigo red wine vintage (10/10 Halliday). Somewhat contrasting to the plush and uber-friendly 2021; this is more about a lively and energetic palate with light red berries and ripe cherries. No less a wine mind you.
"This region produces some outstanding Shiraz. While warm, it’s not overly hot, yielding stylish, medium-weight wines with strong flavour intensity. This one opens with a spicy, plummy nose, backed by subtle blackberry. The palate is textured and refined, with fine chalky tannins and subtly balanced oak.
