The Naked Run Hill 5 is a traditional Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Clare Valley. The Shiraz portion is sourced from Hill 5 at Sevenhill and the Cabernet from a small vineyard at Watervale.
"65% shiraz, 35% cabernet sauvignon. Sourced from a single vineyard in Sevenhill, wild yeast ferment, mlf, 5 months maturation in older oak. Very much the vivacious and flavoursome young archetypal Aussie blend with a smart blending of the two personalities. Aussie bush notes, sage, generous spice backing for the black and red berried fruits. Fine-knitted tannins and oak complete the picture.
