Tasmania's first off grid winery. Seven hectares in the Tamar Valley, Northern Tasmania. Moores Hill became Tasmania's first 100% solar-powered winery in 2017 and the wines are all made onsite.

Quite the complete wine. At heart a classic cool climate build but comes with done decent stuffing of pineapple and citrus. Sweet acid finish. Will go well as a youngster.

"Pale straw with aromas of nectarine, green apple, grapefruit and peach, hints of almond meal, grilled nuts, vanillin oak, nougat, crushed stone and clotted cream. Fine acidity provides the focus and drive, propelling the poised stone and citrus fruits along, the finish dry and appealing, softly spiced, nutty and showing layered complexity." 92pts | Dave Brooks | Halliday Wine Companion
