Bekkers 'Tome' Shiraz Cabernet Grenache 2022

Bekkers has been one of my red wine 'finds' over the past 2 years but they are certainly not everyday drinking at $100+ (not matter how good they are).
The Tome label has been introduced to bring a new retail price for Bekkers wine. The 2022 is a 63% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Grenache mix, all McLaren Vale sourced and of course benefits from the same strigent adhererance to quality that we see in the other Bekkers wines. Recommended.

Classical, generous and round with dark plum, dark cherry fruits, fresh chalky/hint grippy textures and underlying marzipan vanilla oak notes. Lovely weight, texture and flow with a crispy finish.
