Ross Hill Wines is a family business owned by two generations of the Robson family. Together with head winemaker Luke Steele, they produce quality, wild yeast fermented, sustainable wines from the cool climate wine region of Orange, NSW. They are proud to be Australia’s first NCOS certified carbon neutral winery.

"Sourced from the Angullong vineyard at 601m elevation; 5% whole bunches in the ferment and 75% whole berries; 10% new French oak, the balance neutral French oak, for 12 months. Blueberries, vanilla and wild raspberries. Tomato vine, red clay and turned earth. Peaky acidity with a red apple, soft tannins and a fresh finish.
