Paul Osicka Wines is a historic, family-owned winery located in Graytown within the Heathcote wine region of central Victoria. Founded in 1955 by former Czech vigneron Paul Osicka, it holds the title of the longest-established wine producer in the Heathcote region.
The mature estate vines are entirely un-irrigated, forcing the root systems deep into ancient soils consisting of sandy loam over quartz and red ironstone gravels.
