"Place in Time wines are outstanding single vineyard wines produced only from great vintages. We release these wines with 4 years of bottle age, it is at a wonderful point to be enjoyed. Sourced from a small vineyard at Sevenhill in the Clare Valley, a unique site where the vines have been nurtured to produce a balanced canopy - the key to achieving an even ripeness. Minimalist winemaking was used capturing the fruit from the vineyard and its unique micro climate. These wines have considerable time ahead of themselves and will continue to age gracefully for many years to come." Winery Notes
"There's a lovely buttered toast character on the nose, however in the mouth the wine is taut and linear, showing drive and compulsion to carry on through the long finish. The acidity pulls a firm and structuring line through the middle palate. Cheesecloth, dried flowers, green apple skins, chalk and curd.
