Best's Great Western Blanc de Noir 2024

A standout Oz fizz for us this year and our house pour for Sparkling white. Believe it or not this wine is passed on super lightly pressed Shiraz! You'd never believe it as it 100% looks like a standard Pinot Noir-based wine.
