Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) from the Dead Morris, Walker and Avery vineyards; blended with Rise Vineyard Merlot (19.5%) and Dunstan Vineyard Petit Verdot (0.5%).
"This is 88% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot and 2% petit verdot; matured for 13 months in French oak (20% new). Deeply pigmented with prune plums, black cherry and boysenberry. Vanilla bean, musk and potpourri. Dried sage leaf, beetroot earthiness and a touch of cola spice.
