100% Pinot Grigio from between Verona and Treviso, in Veneto's Western part, 250-350m ASL, yellow calcerous clay with some alluvial, full stainless steel ferment at cold temperatures, no lees work, 2 months in tank before bottling.
Very vibrant ripe lemon, lime zest and kiwi fruit with a little castor sugar and green pear skin. Very fresh and clean palate.
