To be honest Di Giorgio is not a producer I've ever taken much notice of and to compound matters I generally taken even less interest in bubbles from Coonawarra and surrounds. But.....this is well worth your attention (& mine!).
We generally find it hard to find sparkling whites in this price point that are worthy of pouring at the bar but the creamy biscuity structure and mouthfeeling length is a highlight here. 100% Chardonnay from the Mt Gambier GI.
