About this Wine
In 2018, after 12 years of working with Jack and Louis Doeven in Drumborg, Ray Nadeson was finally granted access to their Riesling. As many of you know Drumborg / Henty has established itself as Victoria's premium Riesling region. Ripe quince, nashi pear and red apple notes are punctuated by apricot pith, sluicing across the palate.
About the Winery
There are few tales as impressive as that of Lethbridge Wines. Ray Nadeson and Maree Collis were both successful medical researchers before succumbing to their desire to create a vineyard and winery in Geelong. They planted vines on their own rootstocks, built a straw-bale winery and house, and farmed the land according to biodynamic beliefs. Their wines are powerful, structured, pure and long-lived.
