100% certified biodynamic, estate-grown, single-vineyard Pinot Noir. Complex nose brings together fresh red and black cherry, poached red fruit, cream, cinnamon and salumi. Lovely sweet Pinot fruit on entry with all the complexity layered through. Integrated and intriguing, with charm and seriousness at once. Very fine, sandy tannins leave ferrous-edged dark-cherry fruit and brown spices clinging. Very long.
