The Hazel’s Vineyard is in the southern part of the Margaret River region. The wines are hand harvested, whole bunch pressed and no additions of yeast, acid, yeast nutrient etc. Light bentonite fining only.

Zin’s natural tannins need no extra bolstering from oak as it is, they are firm and decisive yet tethered to the dense fruit and savoury flavours.
