John & Jennifer Nagorcka’s family vineyard (20 acres) is part of a larger integrated Demeter certified mixed Biodynamic farm of 700 acres. The vineyard is close planted at 5,000-6000 vines/Ha on a North facing slope, 250m above sea level near Tarrington in southwest Victoria.
"15% whole bunches; pressed to tank then under gravity to seasoned French barriques. A deep-ish, bright garnet. While this took a little time to open up, it was totally worth the wait. Alluring, with dark fruits, graphite, crushed violets and a dusting of cocoa nibs. Beautifully balanced on the medium-bodied, finely structured and long palate.
