The Sauvignon (74%), from four different blocks with varied microclimates and flavour profiles, brings fresh, crunchy drive with tropical aromas \u0026amp; flavours. The Semillon (26%), sourced from the North Block 10 vineyard planted in 1995, contributes pithy lemon notes, palate weight and structure. Several years of organic farming and Voyager's controlled yields had the grapes in terrific shape for what turned out to be a stellar 2023 season with warm days, cool nights and no heat spikes.
