This soil diversity contributes to the unique elements of the gravelly, sandy, loamy terroir of the plot.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e100% handpicked grapes are processed immediately. All fruit is whole-bunch pressed first, then barrelled by gravity to the underground cellar. The juice, on full solids, fills mature Austrian oak foudres and a single clay amphora stored in the naturally cool and calm underground cellar.
